Before you contact us

If records differ between phones, open the app with an internet connection on both devices and pull down on the diary to sync.
A family diary supports up to five adults. Opening an invitation you have already accepted will not add you twice.
Before deleting your account, export any diaries you want to keep, then delete the child profiles you own.
